1. Reservations

Reservations may be made directly through our website or through third-party booking platforms.

A reservation becomes binding once confirmation has been issued.

2. Rates and Payments

All rates are displayed in NOK unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and fees are included or specified during the booking process.

Payment may be required before arrival depending on the selected rate plan.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: From 15:00

Check-Out: Before 11:00

Alternative arrangements may be available upon request.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate.

Please review your reservation confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded except where required by law.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Respect other guests
Comply with property rules
Avoid damage to facilities
Follow safety instructions

Guests may be held responsible for damages caused by intentional or negligent actions.

6. Pets

Pets may only be permitted in designated accommodations and must be approved in advance.

Additional charges may apply.

7. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and buildings unless specifically designated otherwise.

Cleaning fees may be charged for violations.

8. Liability

Arctic Inn is not liable for:

Loss of personal belongings
Interruptions caused by weather
Utility failures
Third-party service disruptions

Nothing in these terms limits rights provided under mandatory law.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Severe weather
Government actions
Utility outages
Public health emergencies

10. Governing Laweure

These Terms shall be governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Norway.
